Meet Ashanta
Hi, I’m Ashanta! Founder of Y’ALL – Young Adults Leading & Loving and proud New Orleans girl! First things first—I’m a Xavier Prep alum (we always represent our high schools in NOLA!). I’m blessed to be the mother to Lance H. Williams Jr. and Godmother to Dr. Tia A. Peck. They are my world, my motivation, and the reason I strive to do more and always do better. I walk boldly in faith and give all honor to my Lord and Savior. Philippians 4:13 reminds me daily: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” My life is a testimony— a story full of lessons, growth, and countless blessings. I’m beyond excited to share my journey and purpose with the Y’ALL community as we lead, love, and inspire together.

IMPACTFUL STORIES
CHNO Resident
Several of the residents asked if I would come back and host a Thanksgiving gathering. During one conversation a resident shared" Some of us don't have families, and having a family-style gathering on Thanksgiving Day would be nice." I would absolutely love to host a Friendsgiving on Thanksgiving Day. Brining Thanksgiving to the residents would be my pleasure.
